Last updated: October 26, 2026. This disclosure applies to Kings Vision Monthly Mystery Boxes in the Basic, Standard, Extreme, Ultra and Ultimate categories. Read it together with the particular product listing and the information presented before placing your order.
1. What the box price includes
The price of each mystery box includes the contents of that box, shipping, handling, packaging and payment processing fees. These costs form part of the box price. Kings Vision does not add a separate charge for those included services for the delivery offered with that box.
The price is the total selling price of the package and its included services. It should not be read as a statement that the precious metals or other contents alone have a resale, retail or metal value equal to that amount. Applicable taxes and the final amount payable will be identified before payment.
2. Check the category and the particular offering
Basic, Standard, Extreme, Ultra and Ultimate are separate box categories. Kings Vision is preparing a defined contents list for each category and offering. Under the revised format, the list will identify the actual products included in each box of that category, rather than only a pool of possible items. Final contents lists are being prepared; check the exact category, final product description and offering period before ordering.
An item, metal, weight, grade, accessory or benefit shown for one category is not automatically included in every category. Any specific item or minimum expressly promised in the product listing remains part of that offer; this general disclosure does not remove an advertised commitment.
3. Defined contents and example photographs
The planned revised format allows customers to review what their box will contain before purchase. Each category’s final listing will identify its guaranteed products and quantities, with relevant specifications such as metal, weight, purity or condition. An example photograph, video or previous customer’s box is not a substitute for that contents list. Any expressly promised product or specification remains part of the offer.
Read descriptions of condition, purity, weight, grading and authenticity carefully. Do not assume that a collectible is independently certified or professionally graded unless the particular offer says so. Contact Kings Vision before ordering if an item description or a promised minimum is unclear.
4. Understanding price and value
Precious metal prices and collectible values can change. An item’s metal value, retail asking price and likely resale proceeds are different measures. A dealer’s purchase offer may be lower than a retail selling price, and selling an item may involve further costs.
The contents of a box may have a market or resale value below the price paid for the complete package. Neither the box price nor an estimated value guarantees a profit, a future price, a buyer or a repurchase by Kings Vision. Any value estimate should be read with its stated date and valuation basis. An expressly advertised minimum value, if offered, remains subject to the specific promise and valuation basis disclosed for that offer.
5. Monthly offerings and recurring payments
The word “monthly” identifies the timing of the offering. Any recurring billing arrangement must be separately described before purchase, including the billing amount, frequency and cancellation terms, and requires the customer’s agreement. Review your order to understand whether it is a one-time purchase or a separately identified recurring arrangement.
6. Delivery and batch timing
Shipping, handling and packaging are included as stated above. Check that the website accepts the delivery destination and read the dispatch information for the particular box before ordering. A batch-based offer may have a different dispatch schedule from an item ready for immediate shipment.
A valid physical delivery address is required. We do not ship mystery boxes or bullion giveaway prizes to post office boxes. Include the apartment, suite or unit number where applicable. Giveaway participants must also provide a physical residential address so the household requirements in the official rules can be checked.
Where dispatch depends on a stated batch milestone, that condition and the expected timing should be considered before purchase. The word “monthly” alone is not a guaranteed dispatch or arrival date. 7. Missing items, damage and order questions
If a delivery appears damaged, incomplete or inconsistent with an express description, keep the packaging and contact Kings Vision with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs of the package and items can help us investigate.
The box format does not remove applicable consumer rights or excuse a failure to provide an expressly promised item or minimum. Any applicable return, cancellation or refund terms must be made available before purchase and remain subject to the law that applies to the transaction.
8. Separate bullion giveaways
Kings Vision is preparing separate category-based bullion prize draws. A giveaway would award bullion to selected eligible winners; it would not promise a bullion prize to every purchaser or entrant. Box contents and a separate giveaway prize must be described distinctly.
No giveaway is open for entry under this disclosure. Buying a box, joining the newsletter or holding a membership does not currently create an entry in a future category giveaway. An opening announcement and complete official rules will identify which offering, if any, qualifies and how eligible people can enter without buying a box.
The planned no-purchase entry capacity for each category will equal the number of boxes offered for sale in that promotion. All of those free-entry places will be available when entries open, regardless of how many boxes are purchased. For illustration, an offering of 500 Basic boxes would provide 500 free-entry places from the outset; this is an example, not an announcement of an active promotion.
Valid entries in the same category draw are intended to receive equal treatment per entry. The official rules will specify the free-place allocation process, limits per person, closing arrangements, prizes, eligibility, selection procedure and winner requirements before a giveaway opens. 9. Keep the purchase and giveaway information together
Before deciding to purchase, read the product offer, this disclosure and, if an active promotion is advertised, that promotion’s official rules. Statements about the assortment inside a purchased box are not a statement of the odds of winning a separate promotional giveaway.
No general disclaimer replaces the specific information needed to understand a product or an active contest. If any relevant information is missing or appears inconsistent, ask Kings Vision to clarify it before ordering or submitting an entry.
10. Contact and customer rights
For box contents, delivery or order support, email support@kingsvision.ca. For a future giveaway, use the entry instructions in its official rules; an ordinary support email will not count as an entry unless those rules expressly provide for it.
This disclosure does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes to a future offering will not remove an express commitment already made for an accepted order.
