Bullion prize draws by mystery box category
Kings Vision plans to offer separate bullion prize draws associated with Basic, Standard, Extreme, Ultra and Ultimate Mystery Boxes. Subject to the official rules for a particular promotion, eligible purchasers in that category and eligible people using a no-purchase entry route would take part in the category’s draw.
Bullion would be awarded to selected eligible winners. Participating in a category giveaway would not mean that every purchaser or every entrant receives a bullion prize. The contents of a purchased box are separate from any additional promotional prize.
No purchase necessary
The planned giveaways will include a way to enter without buying a mystery box or paying an entry fee. A paid membership will not be required to use that route. The free-entry instructions will be available with the official rules before entries open.
The intended approach is for valid entries in a category to be placed in the same draw pool and to receive the same treatment per entry, regardless of entry method. The official rules will explain how both purchase-related and no-purchase entries are recorded.
Household checks and delivery address
Entries will be checked using household and email information. Using another email address, account or entrant name will not permit a household to bypass the limits in the official rules. Those rules will specify the limits for free entries, purchase-related entries and the category draws before entries open.
Each entrant must provide a valid physical residential address, including an apartment, suite or unit number where applicable. For administration, a household means the people ordinarily living together in the same dwelling unit. A post office box does not establish a physical household address.
We do not ship mystery boxes or bullion giveaway prizes to post office boxes. A physical delivery address within the eligible delivery area will be required for fulfillment. The promotion’s official rules will identify eligible locations and the verification process.
Free-entry capacity set before opening
For each category and promotion, the planned number of free-entry places will equal the number of mystery boxes offered for sale. The full free-entry allocation will be available when the promotion opens and will not depend on purchases taking place.
Illustration: 500 Basic boxes offered for sale means 500 no-purchase entry places available from the outset. Those 500 free places would be available even if no boxes had yet sold. The example explains the proposed capacity rule; it does not announce an active promotion or a current quantity of boxes.
The official rules will state the entry limits per person, how free places are allocated, how valid entries are confirmed and what happens when a route reaches its published capacity. These procedures and the closing arrangements are being finalized before entries open.
What the official rules will explain
For each active promotion, the rules will identify the sponsor, eligible locations and ages, opening and closing dates with the applicable time zone, entry instructions, entry limits, draw date and selection process. Any exclusions or regional allocation of prizes will be disclosed.
The rules will describe each bullion prize, including the number of prizes, metal, weight, purity and approximate value in Canadian dollars as of a stated valuation date. Bullion prices fluctuate, so the stated estimate will not guarantee the value on the date a prize is delivered or later sold.
The rules will also explain the factors affecting the chances of winning, the skill-testing requirement for a potential winner, eligibility verification, notification and response deadlines, prize delivery and how entrant information will be used.
Receiving a prize
Being selected in a draw will be subject to the published verification and winner requirements. There will be no entry fee or payment to Kings Vision required to claim a giveaway prize. Delivery arrangements and any conditions affecting a prize will be disclosed before the promotion opens.
Current entry status
No entries are being accepted through this page. No prize quantities, values or giveaway dates have been announced. A purchase made before a qualifying promotion is announced does not automatically enter the customer into a later giveaway. Support emails and newsletter subscriptions are not contest entries.
When the rules are finalized, this page will link to the active promotion and its no-purchase entry method. Please read the rules for that specific promotion before participating.
